My name is Kika and I am a proud Irish-Brazilian mother, with a Fashion Business degree based in Co. Wicklow, Ireland. My inspiration to establish Solio came from the belief that fine jewellery connects us, creates memories and should last a lifetime. It has real meaning when it is gifted to someone or to yourself!
My father and his father both had a passion for precious stones. I was in awe of the stones as a child and when my mother passed down some fine jewellery to me, this idea really resonated with me. I will one day pass them down to my beautiful daughter when the time comes. This is what is so special about 18 Karat solid gold jewellery. They can become heirloom jewellery or investment pieces.
I believe that fine gold jewellery connects us to our past, creates memories and forms bonds. It is incredibly strong, suitable to wear every day and should last a lifetime.
