RETURNS OVERVIEW

Soliojewellery.com operates within 14 days of receipt. Our refund policy is exclusive to our online store. All goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. 

• These policies cover items bought from our online store and all goods must be returned unworn, in original packaging, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Please note that items purchased online are dispatched in a hygiene seal packet and are eligible for exchange/refund only if returned in their original packaging with seal intact.

• Customs costs apply for orders to the UK & Northern Ireland. The customer is responsible to pay the customs costs in order to receive their order.

Please note that return shipping fees are the customer's responsibility for domestic and international returns. We always recommend that you return your piece via tracked post to ensure it arrives safely with us, as we can only guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is registered post.

Damaged goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, gift cards or items with hygiene seal broken. Please note that earrings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable items unless faulty.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, you will be notified if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded by your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
